ABOUT MARCIA 

Marcia Cook is the founder of Pinnacle Performance Solutions and is a business coach. She has a passion for helping individuals and organizations develop their potential. As a 15-year veteran in quality, she has worked with executives to facilitate communications, improve interpersonal skills, and achieve peak performance.

Working with individuals in over 20 different industries, Marcia has facilitated the development of strategic and business plans, implemented mechanisms to improve cycle time and internal communications, and has groomed managers, supervisors, and leaders for their new and diverse roles. She has authored published articles on assuring all members have ownership in an organization, the value of setting achievable personal and professional goals, and the importance of prioritizing in managing time and productivity.

Marcia graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and completed some graduate studies there in the Health Services Administration program.

Marcia has served on the Board of Examiners for the Arkansas Institute for Performance Excellence, and is a member of the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce and the Little Rock Air Force Base Community Council. She currently serves on the Boards of the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce, the Sherwood Rotary Club, the Keep Sherwood Beautiful Committee, and the Sales and Marketing Executives International - Arkansas. She’s Vice-President of Membership of the Twin City Chapter of Toastmasters International and is Area Director of BNI Arkansas. Marcia holds certifications in Quality Auditing and Quality Management and Organizational Excellence. She is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst and a Certified Business Coach. She’s affiliated with Resource Associates Corporation and Target Training International.

Marcia and her husband, Jerry, live in Sherwood, Arkansas. They have a combined total of 6 children and 12 grandchildren.
