
Marcia Cook is the founder of Pinnacle Performance Solutions and is a Certified Business Coach. As a 15-year veteran in quality management, she has worked with executives to facilitate communications, improve interpersonal skills, and achieve peak performance.
Marcia has worked with individuals and organizations in over 50 different industries. She has facilitated the development of strategic plans, helped companies implement systems to improve internal communications, and has coached leaders in various and diverse roles. She specializes in helping organizations align their systems to develop loyal customers.
Marcia graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a B.A. in psychology and is a graduate of the Resource Associates Coaching Academy in Reading, Pennsylvania. In addition to holding certification as a Business Coach, she is also a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, a Certified Quality Auditor and a Certified Quality Facilitator.
She’s active in business, civic and military affairs in her local community in central Arkansas. She enjoys helping people be more successful in all areas of their lives.
