The other day I heard Dr. Phil encourage his audience to “do one nice thing each day for your loved one.” I love that simple suggestion to show another how much you care.
That idea can also be applied to your customers. What would happen if you did one nice thing each day for at least one of your customers? It wouldn’t have to be much – just something to let that person know that you’re thinking of him or her. It sounds like that would be a big step in creating (or strengthening) that relationship. And what a great feeling it would be for you!
